Balmy Evening

This evening after a hot African summer’s day, I set up dinner on the deck. A cool breeze softly blew down the valley. I prepared mac and cheese for supper which is an easy meal to rustle up as I had a visitor coming round later in the evening, an old work colleague from Metrorail days.

The setting sun through the building up of clouds is heralding a front coming in. Usually this is preceded by strong winds but this evening the breeze was lovely, gentle, and most welcome.
