Steven and Lebogang

Tonight, our Home Cell held their year end Christmas Party and we had a record turn out. Wow time has sure flown this year. Over a year ago I posted on Mildred and her daughter Lebogang, so now it is the father's turn which will make it my second father and daughter photograph this month. I better be careful not to start a trend here on this blog. Here is Steven, proudly holding his daughter Lebo. Wow, hasn't Lebo grown in the last 2 years.

Mexicano Nachos

I belong to this amazing home group were we have become a family, supporting and building each other up. This year the Home Circle started off as usual with an incredible dinner, but this time we had this amazing nachos dish made by Sandy and then we finished the Mexican off with a wonderful homemade ice-cream and fruit salad. It was a great start to the evening and we finished it off with a discussion on the upcoming year. I think our home group is going to be high on BBC’s prayer list as we opted to stay dynamic family group. Anyway friends are the family you choose.

Lebogang, the daughter of Mildred and Steven who have been coming to our Home Circle for over a year now, will soon be the big ONE. Well only in March that is. Here is a photo of Mildred with baby Lebo. Steven who was working when we were enjoying a good dinner at Home Circle will be proud when he sees this photo.

Lebo's two front teeth

Lebogang who was born in March this year, proudly shows off her two front teeth to me. Since my first photo of her at 3 weeks she has grown fast. I suppose babies do that nowdays, oh they always do as they are just one eating machine. It was been a hectic long weekend for me but as we head towards Christmas in a week's time it becomes important to slow down and reflect on the whose birthday we going celebrate. I still can't get that little orphan girl out of my mind as she ran up to me dressed as Father Christmas with arms stretched wide. Just so much trust and love. But next Sunday it will all be about Father God's gift to mankind, the ultimate gift a father can give.

Lebogang

Baby Lebo is our latest addition to our home circle group. At three weeks old, Lebogang is such a cute baby and see the glow from daddy Steven when he holds his daughter.
