10 second Laughter Therapy

Someone once said "At the height of laughter, the universe is flung into a kaleidoscope of new possibilities". I had lost my enjoyment in life and after visiting with my good friend Zoë, it sort of sneaked up at me. I had set the camera on timer which had a ten next to the clock symbol. Thinking it was for 10 seconds we could not hold it in when the camera started taking 10 shots instead. A good, real, unrestrained, hearty laugh is a sort of glorified internal massage. See my Facebook album 10 second Laughter Therapy for the all the 10 photos in sequence.

Tunnel Rats

Twenty members of the Joburg Photowalkers group got together for a guided tour of the Gautrain's Rosebank Station and part of the tunnel which are still under construction. Thanks for Maritha and Dawie for organizing for us; we had a great time crawling around in the dust tunnels and snapping away at anything that moved.

Pxl_Shft

I joined a whole lot of creative people at Creative Week's Pxl_Shft today. The following will give away my age because in today's photo with me are two people who I went to school with 25 years ago, Candy and Zoë. They are looking good not like me who is showing my age. The only other person not mentioned is Deidre who is sitting on the far right. She attends the Adobe InDesign Usergroup with me.

Patrick's Family

Patrick, his lovely wife Glory and his two boys Blessing and Zoë came to visit us here in Douglasdale. Besides Maxy relearning how to scale the boundary walls we had a lovely afternoon.
