Sticky Toffee

Heritage Day aka Braai Day is tomorrow and because it is a public holiday, we celebrated Heritage today at work with staff who arrivied at work in their traditional clothes all snazzy like. A Heritage market was setup with traditional wares on offer such as tripe, ran-aways aka chicken feet, pap and wors, mutton biryani, dal, and cape malay mince curry with roti. Not so traditional treats were also on offer, beautifully sweat and just as delicious.
