Pray while eating alone
Here is Thanyani having lunch without us in the corner of the ICT Department's open plan office. Uhmmm. Thank goodness that the weekend is upon us because I am still very tired.

Thanyani
The rain is starting to clear up for the weekend which is great because us South Africans prefer to be outdoors. As you can see in today's photo of Thanyani who is already in weekend mode.

Certificates
As the students six month practical with Metrorail comes to an end I had to design some certificates for them. They are for outstanding, excellent and general service awards. Here is Helen and Annah discussing their upcoming last week. From left to right is Helen, Nkumbudzeni, Amukelani, Annah, Lerato, Thanyani and Mulalo.

Is this the end?
With two offers, I am not sure which one to take. One offers security till retirement but not much growth and the other offers lots of growth with even overseas potential but not much security. So this might be my last day at Metrorail and so I needed a photograph of the team, well two thirds are already on leave which means this is not the full team. In the photo are José, Sello, Masilo, Khathu (seated), Jimmy, Leon, Mulalo, Thanyani and me.

Day 17
Thank goodness it is the weekend but it has been a busy day. Tomorrow Metrorail is having a Women’s Day function at the Ubuntu Kraal in Soweto. I have so much to finish before then and no time for rest. Here are few of the students who started this month at Metrorail. From left to right Brian, Thanyani, Mbulelo (behind), Mzwandile, Amukelani and Mamateboho.
