Better Results

 

As you can see my doctor is ecstatic with my results. With my blood pressure now a whole lot better than my hypertensive state last week, and along with my ticker and kidneys that are 100% the only diagnoses is that I have a pinch nerve somewhere. This means a physiotherapist is recommended. 

I think I can now sleep better just with these results alone.

Doctor Doctor

 

For the last few days I have been having 2 serious symptoms and I have been putting off going to see the doctor. The first one I have had for the last week and it has been getting progressively worse. I been having these sharp stabbing pains that comes in waves in my lower back on the right, right about where my kidneys are. I have been drinking  lots of water but that doesn't seem to help. Then 2 days ago my left arm starting getting a numbness.

Driving home from work, the pain in my side had become excruciating that I drove myself straight to the doctor. My doctor, not taking any chances rushed me to some checks of my heart and kidneys. Thankfully my heart is strong and my kidneys fine. Now my doctor suspects a pinched nerve in my lower back which could be causing the pain and numbness.

So here I find myself in the doctor's waiting room with Matthew, no not for Matthew but for myself as finally I raised the white flag and surrendered to this flu. So in this selfie I am looking not so good, as sick as a dog and Matthew arrived to spend the week with me. 

Stark Walls

I woke up in the early hours of this morning with this banging in my ears. It was like someone banging on a tin roof next door. Really, at this time of the morning, but it was my heart beat banging so loud in my ears. My nose was all bunged up. So I stumbled up to the kitchen to make some ginger tea and my balance was not so great that I had to use the passage walls to keep from falling. While my tea was drawing, I jumped into the shower.

The ringing in my ears didn't stop.

So off the the doctors, I went. I didn't expect the doctor's rooms to be so stark. Where are the cheerful pictures? Only clinical white with 1 feature wall behind the reception being a bloody red. There wasn't even a clock. The good thing for me was that the waiting area was empty and half and hour later I was in front of a doctor.

Medicross Wait

What is with these doctors who don’t know how to manage time and expect their clients to wait for them when time costs money? No other profession is less caring now days as the medical. About 2 months back the staff at Health Worx in Randpark Ridge treated Lynda with such distain that I vowed that we will never go back there. And today I took Matthew to Medicross Rangeview as he needed a doctor. Let the waiting begin...

Wait, wait for just 1 doctor that is one duty. We booked an appointment for 3pm and arrived half an hour early to a nearly empty waiting room but yet we had to wait until 20 to 4 to finally see the doctor.
