Too many Jackies
I am really getting confused because now there is another Jackie, added to my list of Jac, Jack, Jackie, Jacky and Jacqueline friends. My poor contacts on my phone is now so confused and I am not far behind. After work, I went over to Marilyn's place because over the phone they said Jackie and her had somehow broken their Art & Décor website. Jackie soon arrived with her dog in arms and I soon managed to get both of them back on track with their website. This is a fairly old website using old technologies and when I mentioned that it is time to leave the old behind and get a fresh new website, Marilyn's face dropped, as she and her sister has put in so much time into the site. Jackie however was keen to get a fresh new start.
After an awesome supper at Marilyn's place of roast butternut and beetroot with chicken, I then made sure they knew how to continue editing the photos for the website then said my goodbyes and headed for the safety of my home and my dogs.

Art & Décor Interior Decorators
Marilyn, a friend who owns Art & Décor Interior Decorators, phoned me this morning needing help as she and her partner Jackie tried to upload new artwork to their website but the images were not showing up in the browser. So I went over to Marilyn's for supper and a give a lesson on how to update their website for the umpteen time although Marilyn insists this is only the second time.
Well I don't mind as it is a lovely home cooked meal. Jackie joined us for supper and the get a better understanding on how their website works. It is my first time meeting Jackie and she arrived just as if she stepped out of a fine art class with paint all over her t-shirt and of course she didn't expect me to have my camera with me. I did not design nor develop their website, I am only helping them understand what they have and how to update it. I have suggested to them on redoing their website in say Wordpress which should be easier

Last Outpost
Friends, Jackie and Dave, are retiring and are relocating to Westville near Durban. Natal used to be known as the Last Outpost but it should be changed to the Last Stop. Don't get me wrong, they are still young and have a long way to go, God willing. Well we wish them the best as they wind down at the last stop.

Dinner with Friends
Our good Belgium friend Jackie invited us and some other friends over for dinner while our children were off at Kid’s Camp for the weekend. As usual we had a lovely time at Jackie's. From left to right are Jo, Carol, Clay, Rachael, Jackie, Bruce and Anne.

Jackie
I made all the changes to the Confederations Cup soccer posters but the corrections only arrived at mid day so it has to wait until Monday if there are any more changes to be done. Jackie, the main boss of the Risk Department, made a visit to our neck of the woods which afforded me the opportunity to take this photograph. Anyway I feel like I am coming down with something fluey, so the sooner I get home, get medicated and in bed the better.

Belgian French
Jackie came back from spending the summer in Europe and skipping our rather warm winter. It was good to see her again after all this time. Jackie and her husband are French speaking Belgians who spend half the year in South Africa and the other in Europe.

Dave and Jackie
The rain has stopped and the sun tried to break through the clouds but to no avail. Along with no rain, there was no load shedding today. The reason I found out later was that three large mining concerns decided to shut down operations today because ESCOM could not guarantee continuous power supply. I popped to see Dave and Jackie in the afternoon to help Dave with some document formatting. He is looking into a UPS solution to help with the ongoing power cuts.
