Rain and Traffic

With Monday comes the rain, and along with the rain comes the broken traffic lights which in turn cause traffic snarl ups. So it normally takes me just over half an hour to get to work in the mornings but this Monday morning it took me over an hour and a half. An hour longer than normal due to the traffic because the traffic lights not working all over Johannesburg on a rainy Monday morning. Now how come Johannesburg is the only city in the world with non water resistant traffic lights? Think before you answer. Oh how I hate wet Mondays even more than Mondays.
