It is Monday and the weekend is over but someone forgot to tell Paddington. Here I am working at my desk and Paddy decides to sleep between me and the keyboard on top of my diary which at the bottom of the page has a quote “Be not the slave of your own past. Plunge into the sublime seas, dive deep and swim far, so you shall come back with self-respect, with new power, with an advanced experience that shall explain and overlook the old” – Ralph Emerson. Oh well both Paddy and Minky are always playing nearly nonstop then crashing not too far from me, their big protector. They seem to have a trust that when I am near nothing will come to harm them, and they came sleep deep.
