Birthday Roast


Lynda’s birthday today which I started yesterday by cleaning the kitchen all spick and span before going to bed knowing that Lynda loves getting up at 4 in the morning and starts your day cleaning. Well this morning I made sure all was squared away for her.

I even made her some yummy lunch to take to work and arranged for roses to be waiting at her work when she arrived just so that she can have a pleasant day.

Now it is time to cook dinner and I decided to jump into the deep end and cook a juicy tender roast beef with roast vegetables. The birthday roast turned out not too bad if I may say so myself.
