Sunrise Start
Interesting, at my old place I used to lie in bed and listen to the jackals howl at night, now this morning I was woken up by lions roaring not far away, welcome to my world. My dogs were fast asleep and the lions did not even raise an ear. It is something about Italian Greyhounds; they are not guard dogs as they prefer to be snuggled under the blankets.
After the lion wake up call, it was time to get ready for work. Not knowing to how long it would take me to get to work from this side of town I decided early was best. It was still dark when I set out for Houghton on my Vespa. I had to stop to admire this beautiful sunrise over Douglasdale, welcome to Africa.
