Chicken Fillets

What to cook that is doesn’t make me stand in the cold kitchen for long periods?

Tonight for supper, I baked some chicken fillets smothered in mozzarella cheese and spring onions in the oven and served them with roasted vegetables, and creamed spinach.

It may be cold, but cosy with feet up in front of the television watching series with this dinner can only go down well.
