African Farm


Tuesday has come and with it the summer rains to soak up the dust and grime. Being on a Vespa, rain is not too welcomed but what else can I do but to ride on into the distance with thoughts wishing I was on the road to nowhere and hopefully at the end of that road is a farmhouse somewhere in Africa.

Tonight was home cell at the Sims' home in Bryanston and in that home is this painting one an African Farmhouse. It is one of my favourites as it brings a sense of peace in my heart, of a place called home in Africa with its wide open veld and nothing between you and God.
